The priority project for Russia now is mortgage loan... if i'm right in banking terminology....

i have good salary... about $500... i think it is rater big for Sochi

So i cant afford to by a 2-room flat, because it costs more then $100000

For example, in the house on the picture (the beautiful one! 18-storey house) 2-room flat costs from $220000... depends on the storey....

anyway.... if i ever desided to take a mortgage loan and buy a flat not_in_the_center and not_in_good_condition -- costs about $100000 -- i would be for it 135 years!!!

loan charge - 14%

sad... i'm very sad today....

oh, i'm sure that president will never answer my question.... authorities in Russia love to answer questiond, which were prepared for the by their deputies!!!

i forget to write about renting a flat... renting of 2-room flat csts $550 - more then average salary!!

i wish i were a bird living where i want....

i live here all my life and get used to all this national qualities.... but sometimes i can be grumbler ;)

University

First picture - the main building of Sochi State University for Tourism and Recreation! The biggest university in Sochi! There are about 10000 students (i study there too).

In front of the university there is marble wall (the second picture) wich was established in honor to veterans of World War II!

Cafe "San Marco"

Today i made a photo of the wall in my favourite cafe "San Marco"... I like this lion a lot!!! The interior there is very refined.... silk velvet sofas, with lots of soft pillows and tables are made of acajou (not sure if its right word in english)... oh, chief cooks heavenly tasty =)))

Caucasus Mountains

You could think how my town can be a candidate to Winter Olimpic Games 2014 with such a warm climate... But Caucasus Mountains are very close... it take about an hour or two to get to the place, where ever frost! Here is a view from the tower "Ahun" to mountains... myabe tomorrow i'll post a photo of the city canter and sea from this tower =))
